Overview
The iconic Heritage H-150 features a solid carved figured maple top over a one-piece mahogany back, with mother of pearl trapezoid inlays along a genuine mahogany neck. It's loaded with Seymour Duncan '59 pickups for a rich, warm tone that today's players love.
Crafted in Heritage’s historic factory at 225 Parsons Street, Kalamazoo, this instrument features a nitrocellulose gloss finish that will age beautifully over time. The Indian rosewood fretboard and classic inlays round out the aesthetics of this timeless guitar.
With a pair of Seymour Duncan '59 humbuckers, wax potted for reduced microphonics, this guitar delivers thick, warm tones with endless sustain — ideal for rock, blues, and beyond.
Finer touches include your choice of Tune-o-Matic bridge or Vibramate with Bigsby B7, custom CTS pots, Elixir Optiweb strings, and a premium Heritage-branded case.
Seymour Duncan ’59 Humbuckers
Vintage-inspired and extremely versatile, these pickups emulate classic P.A.F. tones with modern refinements:
Bridge (SH-1):
Airy, vintage-style tone with bright highs, a touch of compression, and a strong mid-presence. Features Alnico 5 magnets and vacuum wax potting for high-gain stability.
Neck:
Warm, full, and smooth with slightly scooped mids and boosted highs for pick clarity. Perfectly complements the SH-1 bridge model for a balanced setup.
Wound on the historic Leesona 102 winding machine from the original Gibson factory — the very same building where this Heritage guitar is made.
