The TB Vintage Edition Blues Orange Concertina 12 fret M1 is a re-imagining of Breedlove Owner Tom Bedell’s personal custom Breedlove acoustic guitar. Part of the TB Vintage Edition lineup, it draws inspiration from the allure of exotic tonewoods while being enriched by Tom’s life journey. Crafted using sustainably sourced, figured Myrtlewood, its construction imparts tonal warmth, detail, and precise midrange articulation. Further enhancing its character, the LR Baggs M1 pickup, slotted headstock, and hand-crafted spalted maple purfling showcase the guitar’s custom heritage. However, what truly sets the Concertina M1 apart is the striking Blues Orange finish, specified by Tom himself.

Sound Optimization & Hand Voicing
Why do Breedlove guitars sound so good? It’s simple, Breedlove guitars—from Custom Shop to Discovery—are made with care, with the goal of allowing you to sound better, play better and play more. But it’s also complex, with art, inspiration, craft and science merging together in service of tone. USA-Made in Bend models feature Sound Optimization® and are hand voiced, with experienced craftsmen meticulously tapping, listening and shaving away tiny curls of exquisite tonewood as they target specific, measurable frequencies that will make each unique, individual instrument sound its very best. Various wood species are carefully milled, weighed and considered, with backs and tops tuned to each other to create light, responsive guitars with superior tone and sustain. When you play a Breedlove Premier, or sit down with an Oregon, it answers your lightest touch and its notes sing for an eternity, because a Breedlove builder has made sure it will inspire you every time you open the case.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Breedlove players around the world can attest: With consistent, proper care, your Breedlove will give you a lifetime of service – and inspiration. New Breedlove instruments, purchased through an authorized Breedlove dealer, are warrantied to be free of defects in materials and workmanship throughout the lifetime of the original owner. In addition to materials and workmanship, Breedlove offers a two-year warranty on tuning machines and electronics packages. Cases and bags are subject to a one-year warranty covering defects in structure and hardware.
Myrtlewood Top, Back & Sides
Popularized by Breedlove, Myrtlewood, from the windblown Oregon coast, combines the best elements of rosewood, mahogany and maple—rich bass, warm midrange and clear, bright trebles—for truly versatile guitars. Each sonically distinct instrument is individualized by the gnarled, wildly varied, but always arresting grain patterns.
The Parlor Concertina Body Shape
Breedlove’s distinctive small body guitar delivers a surprisingly clear, crisp sound, and its short scale 12-fret design makes it a joy to play. Extensive Custom Shop engineering and experimentation has resulted in a modern shape that has a bigger sound and a more comfortable profile than a traditional parlor model.
