The D2-131A features the same specs and build as the D2-131 model but adds the Kepma AcoustiFex Pickup, preamp and FX system to the mix. When playing acoustically (meaning not plugged into an amplifier or mixer), you get stunning reverb, chorus or delay right from the guitar, no effects pedals necessary! When you plug into an amp or mixer, the AcoustiFex system provides you with an undersaddle piezo pickup PLUS an onboard condenser microphone with a blend control. You still have the effects available as well so you can take total control of your sound right from the guitar preamp control center. It’s truly the best of both worlds, all for an amazingly affordable price.
