From a smoke free, climate controlled home and in excellent condition. Has no fret wear, just detailed & re-strung. Only blems: 2 minor dings in the top and a few minor scuffs on the peghead. Please see the pics. Its a VERY nice example with a fine setup and sweet, big sound!
