Product Details

A stunning one-off Custom Archtop from Master Eggle in the UK. He says if he made one like this today it'd be well over $10,000. The woods are all solid and magnificent. From a smoke free, climate controlled home- so no odors. Shows no fret wear. There's 1 small hairline crack in the top - see the pics. We sealed it, and it cannot expand as there's no place to run. Specs include:

* A very fine & super strong Hiscox hardshell case

* Floating Jazz style pickup, attached to the sturdy pickguard

* Solid carved German Spruce top with Maple Leaf soundholes

* Solid carved AAAA Maple back. Solid Maple rims

* 16 inch lower bout width, 3" rim depth

* 25" scale length, 1 10.5/16" nut width, 22 jumbo frets, Mahogany neck

* Open back Waverly gold tuning keys

* Rosewood Cello style tailpiece

* Rosewood: Fingerboard (Brazilian), Pickguard, full contact fitted floating bridge, tailpiece, truss rod cover, peghead veneer, volume knob.

* Curly Koa binding

* Inlaid Mother of Pearl- peghead inlays, fingerboard Maple leaf inlays.

A beautiful custom 16" archtop from a well respected Luthier, and at a very affordable price.
