Serial No. 289753, includes new Access Brown Tolex hardshell case. At some point a Fishman 9v active pre-amp pickup was added, with Vol. & tone controls just inside the sound hole. Tested & working fine.

This is a 2 owner since new Guitar that's from a smoke free, climate controlled home. Never gigged. The 1st few frets show some minimal grooves, that are not near enough to warrant dressing on our handy dandy Plek system. It plays nice & sounds GREAT! Big, warm and familiar. One of the better ones. The finish has some mild weather checking and a few small nicks & dings here & there - not much really- please see the photos. We just buffed the lacquer to a lovely shine, and she's in remarkably fine condition. The weather checks are minimal. A half a century old D-28 that's appreciating in value daily. Yes, the bindings ate tight. Neck is straight with a fine setup.
